“ I do not get to say this very often, but this place is a hidden gem! You would be hard pressed to find this quality food and service in Bozeman on a good day. The staff was very well trained, personable and knowledgeable about the menu. The spring pea crostini and Brie en croute were perfect. Our steaks were cooked beautify and were super tender. The bacon potato gratin was full of flavor and on point. I highly recommend Jaw Bone to all! Chef Greg Montana ”
“ I am an old chef who is fussy about my meal and this menu and food impressed greatly. If you’re after burgers and sandwiches, don’t go to Jawbone! The menu is modern and thoughtful, and all dishes I had were presented beautifully and tasted absolutely delightful. Portions were appropriate, price is a touch high, but totally worth the outlay for the quality of the food. The beverage list is solid and fairly priced. Service was excellent and very attentive. I highly recommend if you’re anywhere in the area to visit Jawbone for an absolute treat of food that you will not find anywhere between here and California. The chef obviously has an excellent grasp of modern cuisine and is motivated to offer his customers great tastes. ”
“ We went out for our valentines date and we were not disappointed. It’s hard to find food that’s impressive all around and they did it! The jawbone is fine dining at its best, make sure you have a reservation because it’s a small quaint restaurant with a chef you can watch make each meal fresh! The chicken and risotto was amazing the baked Brie was divine (please make this portion bigger) it was so good! My husbands ribeye was so tender and cooked to perfection. The service was awesome she had the whole restaurant to herself and was still attentive. We will be back for another date night! ”
